Roar Thun Waegger has his theoretical negotiation skills from the “Program On Negotiation (PON)” from Harvard Law School. Roar has for many years worked as a lawyer and consultant for clients in difficult negotiations and lectured in negotiations for the Norwegian Bar Association and in conflict management at University of Oslo Faculty of Law. Roar has also held numerous workshops and courses on negotiation and conflict mediation both in Norway and abroad.
